Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note:

  • Order processing time is separate from shipping time
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within the United States.
At this time, international shipping is not available.


Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Shipping address
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak seasons

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on order value:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $60
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders from $0 to $59.99 will be charged $7.99

Additional shipping fees may apply in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Remote or rural delivery areas
  • Oversized or heavy items
  • Address correction requests

All applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Carriers & Tracking

We partner with major and trusted logistics providers, including:
UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, SF Express, and 4PX

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email
  • You can also track your order through your account on our website

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Delivery Issues & Responsibilities

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped.

Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package

The customer may be responsible for:

  • Re-shipping costs
  • Handling fees (if applicable)

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).

We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to provide a resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Refund (if applicable)

Delays & Force Majeure

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Supply chain issues

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and keep you updated.


Local Pickup & Additional Services

At this time, we do not offer:

  • Local pickup
  • Same-day delivery
  • Scheduled delivery services
